We would like to express our thanks to Phil for the wonderful job he has done designing our new home. It is a modern design that suits the location, and we are continually complimented on how good it looks. Phil was great from the outset, coming down to look at the block and listening to our ideas for what we wanted. The narrow block had several special limitations on it, including flood and fire, but Phil successfully dealt with these in his design. He also maximised use of the block’s amazing water views and created a home which is light and airy and has a great feel. We really appreciated how Phil consulted with the local government authorities to be sure that there would be no hiccups when he finally submitted the plans on our behalf for DA approval.

He showed great attention to detail, had innovative ideas that were specific to our property and location, that suited the functionality of the spaces and were beautiful.
