Initially, I perform a desktop assessment of your site to ascertain physical and regulatory constraints. Eg, sewer line, bushfire and flood zoning etc

Next, I would meet with you, on site if suitable, to assess the site and discuss your design interests and needs.

Then, I would develop design concept drawings and present them to you for review. Updates and reviews would continue as required in response to your feedback.

Once your design has been finalised, I then prepare plans and associated documentation for council submission. If required, I engage consultants on your behalf..

Finally, I submit and monitor your council application and liaise with council if required.
